Ben has been managing marketing teams of internal and freelance talent since the early 1990s to achieve specific client goals. He enjoys leading the discussions that result in branding strategies and the tactical execution plans.
Ben’s focus is on putting the right people and tools in place, aligning the stakeholders and nurturing the creative process. His entrepreneurial spirit has driven him to launch five companies in two decades. Three of them are still operating successfully. He’ll tell you the other two did not have enough of a marketing budget to remain viable ;-).
Ben’s heart never leaves his work. Having founded, directed, staffed, volunteered for and consulted to a range of institutional non-profits during the past 25 years, he brings significant experience applying corporate marketing and communications approaches to development initiatives for the non-profit sector.
Ben has traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East and less extensively in Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, and China. Ben is often sought out to speak on emerging marketing trends at national and international conferences and workshops.
Ben holds a BA in English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Alicia’s strategic approach to brand marketing comes with a twist of creative talent. With over 20 years of agency experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, social media, and sales strategy she is a great asset to any client team.
She is the big picture type with an entrepreneurial spirit but not afraid to dig in deep to execute a plan. Defining how the marketing mix fits into the business goals and plans for future growth is her forte. Special interest in International Marketing initiatives for universities and institutions.

Sara holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Salem State University in Massachusetts. She comes from a diverse background of experience in the medical and academic fields that granted her knowledge of processes and project management tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with different audiences including patients, doctors, insurance companies, faculty, and students.
Eager to learn and collaborate whenever she can, Sara is a very dynamic, versatile, and communicative person. She is the one contributing to keep us all focused and organized (not an easy task!). But here at Intead, we wear many hats, and so does Sara. So you will probably see her blogging and posting for Intead, while helping our team manages various projects, tasks and deadlines.
Having lived in U.K. for a short period of time, Sara enjoys every opportunity she has to explore and emerge herself in other cultures. She hopes to visit UK again and travel to other countries to expand her global perspective.
Erin Kasmarick is a Digital Marketing professional who has been using marketing automation since 2013. She is also experienced with CRM platform administration, social media marketing, email campaigns, landing page development, and website redesign. She is a Marketo Certified Expert and HubSpot Inbound Certified and was recently named a HubSpot Champion user for 2018.
Erin is a lover of all things technical and has experience in a wide variety of applications and tools. She also knows basic HTML and CSS and loves to manipulate HubSpot templates in the design manager. Erin is a proud mother of two who loves what she does and it shows through her dedication to her work and clients. When she is not working, you can find her with her kids or at Spin class.
Linda brings to the team over 20 years of graphic design experience that she draws on to add a fresh and creative look to a wide array of print collateral. She has experience conceptualizing and designing diverse marketing pieces within the healthcare, education, architecture, publishing, giftware, travel, and manufacturing industries. Our clients love how easily and naturally she translates content into an artistic design.
Graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design, Linda is passionate about transforming clients’ messages into innovative visual concepts that will appeal to target audiences and add value to their brands.
Betsy is a highly skilled editor and content-writer with a BA in Political Science from Wellesley College. She has an eagle eye for imperfections and an instinct for content that engages. Her passion for meaningful expression is clear in her writing, and she has a fondness for foreign languages that further enhances her skill set.
Betsy has always had a strong interest in health, education, and the environment, and has experience with writing and editing in each of these fields. In over two decades of work and leadership volunteering with small businesses and non-profits, she has become an invaluable source of experience and editorial skill.
Liz brings 10 years of professional editing experience to the team. She holds a BA in Philosophy from Duke University and a certificate in professional editing from UC Berkeley. With a breadth of experience in medical and academic writing, from journal articles to master’s and doctoral theses, she is a well-rounded and valued asset. Running a bookstore has also exposed her to literature in every discipline, which helps her connect with just about any written material.
Liz has an engaging presence that translates to her work. She is able to transform written content while maintaining the author’s voice and objective, a skill we at Tessellati have noted and treasure.
